We update our Job Board every weekday at 5:00 p.m. Please note that the Job Board is considered accurate only between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday.
If you are interested in any of the jobs listed, you must call the Out of Work Line at (614) 719-9952 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., Monday–Thursday. Leave a detailed message that includes your name, classification, card number, phone number, and the specific job you are bidding on.
Local 71 members may also log in and submit bids directly by selecting their desired jobs; a confirmation email will be sent after submission.
The Referral Agent will begin making call-backs after 9:30 a.m. ONLY if you have been awarded the bid. No call will be made if you did not receive the bid.
Please do not call to inquire about bid status before 1:30 p.m. The Referral Agent requires sufficient time each day to complete all call-backs.
**All call-backs will be made in the order of which you appear on the Out of Work Books.**
If you are not currently listed on Local 71’s Out of Work Books, you must register before you are eligible to receive any call-back. Instructions can be found on the Resign page.
If you submit a bid while not on the Out of Work Books, you will not receive a call-back.
