The Code of Excellence is not only about an I.B.E.W job being built right the first time; on schedule and under budget; it is also about taking pride in our work and work ethics.

The Code of Excellance is also to foster a positive culture and partnership with our employers. Management and Supervision rightfully have similar expectations of the Code of Excellance.
