We are IBEW Local Union 71

 I.B.E.W. Local 71 serves over 2,500 members throughout the Ohio Valley in the electrical industry. 

Local 71 serves 70 of the 88 counties in Ohio, 2 counties in West Virginia, 3 in Indiana, and 8 counties in Kentucky. 

A wide variety of industries are represented throughout the state, from Electrical Transmission and Distribution, to Substation and Cable Splicing, along with Traffic and Street Lighting. Local 71 also represents a wide variety of workers in the Teledata Industry, Tree Trimming, TV Broadcasting/Production, and Flagging throughout its jurisdiction.
